General terms & conditions
The preceding terms and conditions govern the sale by Denhef Desk Design between you the buyer and John Late AB. By placing an order with us you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with our terms and conditions. Please notify us prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time for any reason.
All our products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for six months from the day they ship.
Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any Denhef product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, CDON, Amazon) will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy.
To make a warranty claim, or if your shipment arrived damaged or defective, please reach out using the contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We ship all our products bought from ww.denhef.com from Sweden. The cost of the shipping is free, worldwide. Note that the return shipping cost is not covered by Denhef Desk Design.
International orders ship as a group and according to the longest product lead time. For example, an order including a product with a one day lead time and a product with a one week lead time will ship in one week.
We ship worldwide via Postnord (local post office) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping to our international customers at this time.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while.
Deliveries, Returns & Cancellations
We offer free delivery worldwide. If you want to return your product you can do that within 14 days. Before you send back your product you have to contact Denhef Desk Design to get the correct return address. You can either use the contact form or use “info (at) denhef.com”.
However, this is provided that the goods are not unpacked and are in the same condition as when you received them. The cost and risk of transporting goods you want to return to Denhef is imposed on the customer.
A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from Denhef either via email or telephone. If a product is no longer sold, Denhef has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. Denhef will notify the customer if a return item or a similar product is available.
